Cheesy Chili Potato Wedges (healthier version)

This is one of those super hearty and filling meals that just screams comfort food! The great thing is unlike most comfort food, this one is much healthier!

This is a super easy recipe!

First make the potato wedges-  I used this recipe and used a very small amount of oil.

Then make your chili recipe. I made this one and let it cook in the crock pot all day.

All that is left is you put it all together on a plate! I put my potato wedges down then a big scoop of chili. I topped it off with about 1/3 cup of the cheese sauce!
