It has come to my attention that the last several months I have not taken really good care of myself. For some reason probiotics like this do something to my stomach. Ugh. So I have to be careful how I take them.
Mikki usually they either dont do anything (noticeable at least) or upset my stomach too, but I have been real surprised with this one. I actually do feel much better and I have not even been on them that long now. My daughter is the same way and I am getting her some of the GoodBelly shots to see if it helps her. You may want to just give it a try and see?

Its going really good so far! Its hard to find a one that doesn’t have dairy and a lot of the other stuff I try to avoid so I was really happy to get to try it! And it tastes good!!
