This is another fun taco salad in a jar recipe! 

Tips for getting in more water-

Make up a huge pitcher of water and fill it with fruit, cucumbers, mint leaves, etc at night. Leave it in your fridge overnight and the next day you will have delicious tasting water that you will want to drink!

Use a water drinking app on your phone.

Have a big glass of water at every transitional point of the day: when you first get up, just before leaving the house, when you sit down to work, etc.

When you have a junk-food craving, down a glass of water immediately. You feel full quickly and avoid the calories, and it lets time pass till the craving fades.

Always keep a 24-ounce bottle of water handy while watching TV, doing laundry, making dinner, etc.

Workout tips!

Here are some great ideas to get you moving!

*pick one video or workout from this  Pinterest board and try your best to complete it. – http://www.pinterest.com/amindfulmommy/losing-the-jiggle-in-my-wiggle-getting-fit/

*walk  30 minutes outside, in a mall, or on a treadmill.

*put a workout app on your phone and learn to use it this week. We love the free version of workout trainer by Skimble. There are lots of good free ones so just spend some time and find one you like.

* Do the  couch to 5 K run/walk program . There are lots of them online with free plans. Just google Couch to 5K and look through them.

*rent a workout video from your local library and try it out!

*turn on your favorite songs and dance around! Start out with just a couple of songs and work your way up to more and more! This is great to do if you have little kids and have a hard time working out. Get them involved and get them moving, it will pay off for a better bedtime for everyone!

It helps to find a friend to walk or workout with!! I walk twice as much with a friend as I do by myself!
