How to get your New Rep going!

Step 1:  Get your new rep signed up as a distributor.

Step 2:  Get them on Voxer and set up an upline  chat so they can ask questions if needed.  Do a short little introduction when you set this up.  Also add them to the Team IGNITE voxer chat.

Step 3:  Help them set up their virtual office and place their first order.

(They are their own first customer)

If you cannot sit down with them and do this then they can watch this video to help them do both things!

Step 4:  Listen to the “3 Simple Steps to Transform Your JP Business” and take notes!!!

Step 5:  Have your new rep make a list of all of their friends and family. Use the Memory jogger that comes in your Starter Folder.

Using that list have them send a private personal message on Facebook, through email, or text message with the friends and family welcome recorded call.

They can take this wording and tweak it or just copy and paste this one to go with the message. This message is not to sell them

When friends and family respond back you can answer according to what they are asking. If you or your rep needs some help with what to say please feel free to shoot a message on voxer to the Team IGNITE voxer chat. Usually someone can help you pretty quickly on there.

Step 6:  Share with your rep about how to effectively use social media to help their business grow.

Step 7:  Pick your ten people (5 who you would love on your team, 5 that could benefit as customers)
We call this the 10-5-10 Find 10 people you want on the products. Make sure 5 are people you personally want as a teammate, then help them do the same thing.  At the end of the day it doesn’t matter what you do, it only matters what duplicates. We want you to learn duplication.

Step 8:  Start planning some events and inviting correctly to them.

*Examples of events:

  • Coffee dates with a friend to talk about your new business and get caught up
  • Fun Healthy living parties (smoothie parties, salad in a jar parties, wine and wellness event, burger and business)
  • Juice Plus sponsored events
  • Three way FB messages or calls with your potential customers or distributors and your upline
  • Playdates

Step 9– Help your new Rep set up a DMO so they know what activities will help their business grow each day. Have them go through this page and print out the worksheet on there. Do a phone call, google hangout, or voxer chat with your new rep and their upline or sponsor to discuss this and help them set goals and come up with an action plan to reach their goals.

Step 10:  Now find some of your friends, family , coworkers, acquaintances, etc to lock arms with and get them to join your team! Do the same thing that you just did with them!
