Make it Healthier Part 1&2 Recipes!
While my whole site is pretty much about making normal meals healthier, there are some that I can start out with a real simple version (that is still healthier than the typical one) and then later show you a way to “amp up” the healthiness of the recipe. Part 1 would have the simple (but yet still healthy) version of a recipe. Part 2 would have the healthier “amped up” version.
Part 1 would be a good place to start if you are just beginning to your journey to better health. Once you get used to part 1 recipes then venture onto part 2 recipes.
