Change 3 Challenge @Adventures In Mindful Cooking!

It is the last week of the Change 3 Challenge!  Can you believe it? I dont know about all of you but this was hard for me! I guess if it was easier I would have already changed up my habits before now.What did you learn from your Change 3 Challenge? I would love to hear from you! We wrap this up on Friday November 1st and I will share with you what I have learned from my challenge on my post on Friday.

My goal this week is to finish strong! I have finally started to get in the exercise and green smoothies that I need. The freezer packets I wrote about last week really have helped me out with the smoothies. It is amazing how filling those are. I have found that I am actually eating less throughout the day becasue I drink one of those. I am hoping that will have a nice side effect on my waistline!  ( Being food blogger has snuck some extra pounds back on me, thank goodness most of the food I eat is healthy or I think I would have gained all 40 +pounds back by now!)

The exercise is going great because my husband decided to start walking/jogging with me. This by far has been the best thing about this challenge is getting to get healthy together. He has been blessed with a great friend in life who has become his accountability partner for his health and it has really made a huge difference. I guess everyone does need a little accountability!

The water is the last factor in my challenge that seems to be getting put to the back burner with me. I am determined to really work on that this week. I have written myself notes and stuck them around the house so that will help me remember to drink more.

  3. Thanks for hosting, and thanks for the reminder.

    I’d love to join the Change 3 challenge the next time you run it. I’m struggling a bit with fitness habits right now while I wait to recover from a running injury plus deal with a sinus infection and having my youngest son back home with me most of the week. I really need to get exercise daily even if it’s only a walk right now.

  5. I think it has been an awesome Change 3 Challenge month! I am so glad you started it! It sounds like you have made good progress. I need to check out the packets you did for smoothies. (we are actually having some for dinner with muffins)
