Mindful Mommy Monday link up party #4 & Change 3 Challenge update!
Good evening everyone! I thought I would switch around our usual Monday morning link up party for a Monday evening one. Which one do you prefer Morning or Evening? Just curious to see what works for more people!
My Change 3 Challenge update-
This last week went pretty well for me. I only exercised once but I did have a good heart to heart with my husband about exercising. I think we came up with a plan so I can get on schedule with working out and so can he. We both talked about why we wanted to get healthy so for me it was a win becasue real change is so much easier when you have a partner!
As for my water I am slowly drinking more and more. I made some of that apple and cinnamon water that Joy posted about last week on her blog and it has really been helpful becasue I really like the taste of it. I find myself craving water so I think I am starting to change my habits.
For the green smoothies I have been making up smoothie packets and putting them in the freezer. All I have to do is pull one out,add some almond milk and blend. I am going to write a post on it tomorrow on exactly what I put in mine.
The main thing I am learning is planning seems to be the key to success for me in this challenge. The more I plan, the easier it is becasue I will be honest- some days go great in my house and other days get a little crazy. On those crazy days it really helps to have a plan so I can focus my energy on all the other things going on.
