One Simple Change – Drink More Water!
We all know that we should drink more water, right?! I know I do but I seem to really struggle with this habit.
Over the next couple of months I want to share some fun, easy, and practical ways to do little simple things that can really add up in your health. My hope is if you struggle like I do then maybe me sharing what is working for me and my family could help you as well! By focusing one one small change instead of tons of complex ones I can actually create habits that will stick, instead of feeling overwhelmed!
