Pumpkin Super Shake

Oh my this shake is sooo good! Its really hard to believe that it is actually good for you! I really love when healthy can equal tasty! I am using this shake and some other fantastic ones (along with my favorite Super Whole Food Capsules) to help me keep off those pesky holiday pounds this holiday season. I will share at the bottom other ways to make this shake even better for you!!

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp of pumpkin puree ( you can add more if you want)

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 cup of almond milk (or milk of your choice)

1/2 frozen banana (optional but it gives it a ice cream like texture)

1/2 scoop of my favorite whole food nutrition vanilla protein powder

handful of ice

Directions:

Put it all in the blender and blend till smooth! You can add more milk if needed to help your blender not burn out!

You can add in-

avocado- great healthy fat

Walnuts or other nuts like almonds

spinach or kale- start small and add more as you go!It will change the color of the shake
