Tropical Whip! A delicious and healthy treat!

Tropical Whip!

I am always on the lookout for new snacks or desserts that my kids will like that don’t have sugar in them. If I can somehow get a fruit or veggie into it,I get real excited. This sweet and easy healthy snack covered  both of those! I make mine in my NutriBullet and it takes under a minute to have this easy and healthy snack ready.  If you don’t have a NutriBullet use your high powered blender or a food processor. We have also enjoyed this after dinner for a quick and satisfying dessert!

Tropical Whip

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen diced pineapple

1 cup frozen  diced mango

1 tsp vanilla

1.5 cups almond milk (or other nondairy milk)

Directions:

Put all ingredients in your blender/ food processor and blend till nice and smooth. You can always add more nondairy milk if your blender is having a hard time getting it smooth.

Serve and enjoy!!

*you can also just do this with the pineapple or you can switch out any of the frozen fruit for another. I have done this with frozen cherries and peaches and it is mindbogglingly good!!
