Happy first day of Vegan Mo-fo!!

What is Vegan mo-fo you ask?

It is a grand month when tons of foodies turn all their attention to all things vegan ( food,fashion,life,etc). The goal is to blog at least 20 times over the month about anything pertaining to vegan food or vegan lifestyle.

I thought all vegans do is eat granola and tofu?

But I am not a vegan- why should I care about vegan mo-fo?

Um becasue most vegans have this totally crazy amazing ability to take food that you know and love and make it a million times better by taking out any animal products.  No animal products =no cholesterol.  Many times the recipes are lower in calories and are much better for your health and your environment! So open up your mind and your eyes and come find some awesome new recipes, new fashion and ideas that will make the world a little kinder of a place!

I didnt even know you were a vegan blog?

I choose not to label myself , my eating habits, beliefs, my blog etc. But all recipes on this blog are actually vegan. I don’t use any dairy or meat in any of my recipes. I do this becasue leaving those out  it is a small mindful tweak you can make that can lead up to big changes in your health, your life, and the world!

Plus you don’t have to be a strict vegan or strict vegan blog to participate in Vegan Mo-fo!
