Blackberry Goodness Smoothie!
I am on a smoothie kick this week. Yesterday I shared with you my apple pie smoothie recipe and today I want to share with you my blackberry goodness smoothie recipe. I came up with this one becasue blackberries were on sale this week at my local Aldis. Whenever I see a fruit go on sale my first thought is usually can I throw it in a smoothie or will my kids eat it for a snack. This week the answer to that question was smoothie! I think that blueberries would be just as good in this too, so if you cant find blackberries go for those! I hope you enjoy it!
Blackberry Goodness Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of blackberries
1/2 cup of pineapple cubed
1 tsp vanilla
1 scoop of Vanilla Complete Mix or your favorite protein powder
1 cup of almond milk or other non dairy milk
Directions:
Put everything in your blender and blend away till it is nice and smooth! Then enjoy!!
